Linework

While walking home today, I remembered how one of my illustration idols, Stephane Manel, has a great sense of line economy when he draws, an aesthetic very similar to illustration great Rene Gruau. I decided to go back into my sketch and try and reduce it to a very strong set of strokes. Of course, it started looking like a Seventies illustration by some bad 3rd rate designer instead of any of the fashion greats, but hey, never mind about that...! ;-)
