Sidepeen. It's all about stealing a view from the side. But how can I manage the musculature with this technique?

This was inspired by the sexy Ben Daniels, who shows it all in this exact pose in a movie I just discovered (but can't recall the title of) after watching him on Netflix's Jupiter's Legacy.
