I saw an commercial on tv for Meredith Viera's talk show, and she was wearing a white cape dress, which seemed a bit much for her show. Later that day I saw a woman in a similar dress, this time in all black, going out for the evening, and it looked perfect: the short length, the strappy booties, and her tight pulled hair. Capes have made it to the racks now, finally trickled down from the time that Gwyneth
wore an amazing Tom Ford cape on the red carpet in 2012.
