I need to do a joke about the year of the Whores, lol. Anyhow, I don't recall drawing a horse in recent memory. I'll have to give it a shot. This prancer here's not a good first attempt!

Stripes Week, Class 2

I had my other model Sophie this time, as I had scheduled Sophie for both days but she couldn't do Tuesday so I split the models. I'm always more relaxed by the second class since I taught theh lesson already a few days before, but this class is also less lively than the other. Sophie always brings it, though!

Random Seated Guy Study

I drew him spontaneously and named the file random man, but I really was thinking of how to finish up the BDSM series I am drawing with model Nicholas. I needed a Gruau type seated guy, contemplating his impending S&M session.

Taint Portrait

I didn't think yesterday's study for a dick portrait felt new enough to bother with, and I realized that what I imagined was a vagina would look better as a male...taint? Yes, I know, I'm weird.

Stripes Week, Class 1

Today's lesson was stripes on the body, and I got to do my usual lecture about above the waist versus below the waist curving of lines. I even did a blackboard drawing to demonstrate. The finished sketch of Nubia is much better than my week 1 stuff. I need to make sure I'm on my game!

Peen Portrait

I'm not sure what it is about men wanting to send people their dick pics. Or wanting them made into a portrait. But I've certainly had my fair share of requests! However, this one is different because I saw a post on IG that I thought was a spread-eagled vagina closeup, and I thought, while I can't do my own version of that with that appendage, I could try a penis.

Shirt-collar Suit

The menswear shows have not been as inspiring as I'd hoped. I haven't really wanted to draw anything, but perhaps that's because I"m also in the throes of designing logos and a couple of websites. I only have so much creative energy after all, and I do get single-minded when I have a project. So these are just my lame ass sketches that likely won' make it into a fashion editorial series on the menswear shows, inspired by online articles I saw during the week. Although that one collarless suit is by YSL, which was great. But as far as innovation goes? I drew a similar suit already a couple of years ago, from McQueen.
