I had a commission to do a live sketch of mother-to-be Irene, and we finally scheduled it for today after a series of snaffus. Irene turned out to be lovely but there was something about being in the setting of a small apartment full of people who were all renovating the space, and what started out as a 30 minute sketch stretched to 1.5 hours! I felt bad for her, but they all seemed to agree it looked like her.
