I was wondering if this rather expressive guy is too cheesy in this pose. Extreme poses look great on models since the model can sell it in photography, but I guess as the illustator (and doing this all from imagination) I am both model and photographer! I was wondering if I can repurpose this pose for the pattern-layered idea I had a few days earlier, and maybe use it as part of a series. But the pose as iss looks a bit too..."posed"? It's the arch and leg that makes it too much for me—although the left hand might actually be the culprit haha. Hmm, need to investigate further how I resolve this.
