I tend to draw the same kinds of faces all the time: longer, more aquiline, more sophisticated. After going to a gallery opening tonight where the models were all brawnier types, I decided to try and do something out of my norm.
edit: Does anyone remember those ads at the back of magazines like House & Garden, or maybe even Cosmopolitan, back in the 70s, where they would encourage you to "Draw Binky" or somesuch character that they had an illustration of in the ad, and then you would send it in for them to gauge your worthiness for their art course? This profile totally reminds me of those drawings!
